Refund Policy

Status during the beta

Paid plans aren’t live yet — nothing can be charged today, so nothing needs refunding. This policy is published now so you know the deal before you ever pay, and it takes effect the day payments launch.

The 30-day “get-your-time-back” guarantee

🛡 Every paid plan includes a 30-day, full-refund guarantee. If the Playbook doesn’t lighten your load, you get your money back — no survey, no justification, no friction.

How to request one

Within 30 days of the charge, send a message via the contact page (topic: “Billing & plans”) or email hello@aiforparents.xyz from your account email with the word “refund”. That’s the entire process — we don’t do retention scripts.

The details

  • Applies to paid plans (first charge and renewals alike); the free tier has nothing to refund.
  • Refunds are issued in full, in the original currency, to the original payment method, by our payment provider.
  • We aim to approve within 3 business days; your bank may take a few more to display it.
  • After a refund the account simply returns to the free tier — nothing is deleted.
  • Accounts suspended for abuse under the terms aren’t eligible; honest use always is.
  • Rather than dispute a charge with your bank, write to us first — it’s faster for you and keeps your account intact.

Your statutory rights

If you’re a consumer in the UK or EU, you may also have a statutory 14-day withdrawal right for digital purchases. Our 30-day guarantee is deliberately broader than that, but it adds to your legal rights — it never replaces or reduces them.
